· Producer and creative director of high profile Aboriginal music, arts and culture Festival spanning 1 week, encompassing exhibitions, music nights, film screenings and outdoor program, Festival Main Day.
· Writing submissions and managing agreements with state and national government funding agencies.
· Procurement and servicing of sponsors.
· Managing Festival budget.
· Programming week long program of cultural events including highly visible Festival Main Day stage.
· Managing contracts between all artists and musicians
· Establishing and maintaining programming and community partnerships with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal stakeholder groups.
